Virtual Online Fitness Classes

To help ensure your fitness is at its peak even when you’re at your busiest we also offer online group exercise classes via Zoom!

 If you can’t attend a group fitness class in person, you can join us for a virtual fitness class from your own home or office. Our online exercise classes are perfect if you are having a busy week but still want to break a sweat. We encourage all of our virtual trainers to give 100% during their online fitness classes so you will feel like you have your very own online personal trainer!

What will you need to join our online fitness classes?

·      A smart phone such as an iPhone, Samsung or Android or a laptop/computer

·      Some space to workout from such as a garden, garage or living area.

·      Motivation to improve your fitness online!

Technology can be a bit daunting but we will help guide you every step of the way to ensure you’re loving your virtual fitness classes. It wasn’t that long ago that we were learning about online fitness ourselves so we know exactly how you feel!
