About Complete Group Fitness

We’re a friendly bunch at Complete Group Fitness, ranging in age from early twenties to eighties! Based in Chelsea Heights, we don’t just get a sweat on but focus on having fun while we do it! Committing to regular physical activity can be a daunting thought but at Complete Group Fitness we make it easy by working out as a team, encouraging and pushing each other along the way.

Whilst we love to have fun, we also thrive off you achieving your fitness goals. There’s no better feeling than achieving something you thought impossible!

Our group fitness classes train outdoors in the fresh air but we also have an undercover area when needed. Our group exercise classes cater for ALL fitness levels as everyone works at their own pace.

Caroline - Head Coach

Caroline has been a Personal Trainer since 2013, first as an Assistant Trainer and then setting up her own business in 2015. She is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Emigrating from the UK in 2010, she entered a few mini triathlons and since she couldn’t swim, took herself off for swimming lessons. In 2014 she took part in the Melbourne Ironman event which involved a 3.8km swim in the bay, 180km bike ride and 42km marathon, finishing in 12:57 hours and coming 29th in her age category - proving that anyone can reach their goals! The following year she took part (as a team of 4) in the 100km Oxfam run, finishing 6th overall. Caroline has taken part in many half and full marathons and triathlons and trains in all 3 disciplines each week.

 Tara - Assistant Coach

Tara started training with Caroline in December 2016 and has experienced the benefits of physical activity on her fitness, mental health, mood and stress management including losing 20kg’s! Having experienced this herself, she is passionate about helping others in their health and fitness goals. She has since become a qualified personal trainer and enjoys participating in half marathons and triathlons.
